We were stressed about having to get the house sold relatively quickly, and they both helped put us at ease. Our house got sold as fast as we had hoped, and we got more than we hoped we would. I don't think it could have turned out better. They really put in a LOT of work for us - lots of open houses, and lots of trips to the house after we were under contract to save us the drive back once we had already relocated. John & Georgina really did whatever it took to get our house sold, and we are grateful to have gotten to work with them.

They facilitated the entire buying process in a very friendly manner. They did not hesitate to show a variety of housing options to us to make sure we find the right match for our needs. They were also very prompt in sharing details of all properties coming into the market, sometimes even ahead of public listing. The speed of response, desire to help us with our sundry needs which may not have been always related to house buying process, and providing fair market information so that we could take informed decisions.

In our case they both helped sell our home and coordinate the sale with a purchase on the same day to avoid any interim living arrangement requirements. Both Georgina and John provided a combination of management skills to guide us the through the overall process , day to day execution detail to meet closing requirements , and innovativeness to create a positive condition for us to complete the sell / buy transaction. Specifically, they canvassed an area we wanted to move to, and found a willing couple willing to sell that met our conditions. This home was not on the market at the time. The challenge was to find a non conditional buyer, and at the same time have a confirmed move to location and date to match up the closing date of our home. In essence buying before selling , but having mitigated conditions on the buy with NO conditions relative to the sale.
